Other than selling pets, Guest Posting pet shops are not much different from any other type of retail. Pet stores sell a lot of other merchandise – merchandise that needs display lights – and below are the top three display lights that any pet store can use.
Clear Plastic Containers:
If you’ve spent any amount of time in retail, you’re probably already well aware of how useful clear plastic containers are. These containers are robust and durable, available in many shapes, sizes, and styles, and can be used as display tools as well as storage tools. You can use clear plastic containers to organize and display small pet toys, sample packs of food or treats, and even collars, coiled leads, or cute pet “fur accessories”! Remember, transparency isn’t your only option when it comes to plastic containers—they come in a wide variety of colors that are translucent enough to allow you and your customers to easily see what’s inside. Colorful plastic containers are great ways to spice up your display or organize the items you display.
Acrylic Gravity Bins:
If you’re not quite sure what acrylic gravity bins are, think of the types of bins you see attached to countertops and walls that store food items like dry cereal, coffee, and treats like a trail or peanuts. Acrylic gravity bins are excellent display accessories for pet stores for the same reasons they are great for other types of stores that sell edibles – they are an attractive and convenient solution for displaying edible items while keeping them fresh and safe from dust and other contaminants. You can use acrylic gravity bins in your pet store to display and store fresh products such as small dog or cat treats, bird feeders, or pellets for hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs. Note that if you choose to do this, you must of course also provide some sort of container or bag for your customers to transfer their food or treats from the bin to the cash register and from the cash register home!
You probably won’t be at all surprised to see display racks listed as one of the top three display fixtures for pet stores—or any store. Unless your store is full of tables and counters (which would make things a little awkward for your customers!), you need fixtures to place your merchandise on. The display stands are perfect. There are many different types of display stands that you can choose from to display your goods, and the types you choose will largely depend on the amount of display space you have to work with, and the type of goods you want to display. and the overall decor or theme of your store. You’ll find traditional stationary evening racks with shelves, fixed-position wire display racks with shelves or mesh containers, fixed or rotating bucket racks, and even wooden display racks with baskets.
